Welcome to Nexabloc!

We appreciate your interest in our service. Nexabloc is operated by VADAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, registered in Poland under KRS number: 0000926337. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to review them carefully.

Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law. Any legal claims, disputes, or controversies related to the use of this service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Poland. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts. This clause remains effective even after termination of your account or access rights.

Our Services

Our platform, including its tools, features, streaming capabilities, content, and user interface (collectively referred to as the “Service”), is offered under the terms outlined in this document and any other referenced agreements. By using the platform, whether as a subscriber, visitor, or invited user, you agree to the terms herein, forming a binding agreement between you and VADAS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using the service immediately.

Trial and Subscription Details

After signing up, you’ll gain access to a 5-day trial for just €1.95. If you don’t cancel within the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a monthly plan priced at €49.99. Charges will appear on your payment method. If you cancel within the trial window, only the initial €1.95 fee will apply.

  • Expert insights into fundamental construction techniques

  • Step-by-step guides on initiating building projects

Terms of Agreement

You acknowledge that your access to the service begins only when explicitly granted by the provider. We reserve the right to update or change the terms at any time, with such changes becoming effective upon posting or notification. Continued use of the service after such updates implies your acceptance.

We also reserve the right to deny any request for access or account creation for any reason.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide necessary details such as your name, email, password, and valid payment information (credit/debit card or IBAN).

By registering, you agree to receive communications from us, including newsletters, service updates, and promotional offers.

License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and stream content strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Content may not be altered, copied, shared, or reused in any form unless explicitly authorized by the provider.

You are prohibited from using content to create derivative works, whether for commercial purposes or free distribution.

Availability and Geographic Restrictions

Content availability may vary by region and over time. Streaming quality is dependent on your device, internet connection, and bandwidth. Some content may not be available in your country due to licensing restrictions. We use location verification technology to enforce these limitations.

System Requirements and Support

You’ll need a compatible device and software (e.g., JavaScript-enabled browser) with internet access to use our service. Support is available to subscribers during our regular business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) via email or our LiveAgent chat system.

Fees and Payment Terms

By registering, you accept the initial 5-day trial at €1.95, after which your subscription renews automatically at €49.99/month, unless canceled. Payments may be processed via debit/credit card or IBAN. Billing will occur monthly on the same date as your original subscription unless modified due to failed transactions or other issues.

All fees are gross and inclusive of applicable taxes but exclude potential charges from your bank or card issuer. You agree to share necessary personal data with the payment processor for transaction purposes.

Nexabloc may perform a temporary verification charge of €0.50 to €2.00, which will be refunded. This confirms the validity of your payment method.

Confirmation and Cancellation

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all relevant subscription information: service name, pricing, plan duration, renewal date, and cancellation link.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access remains valid until the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, go to https://nexabloc.net/support/ or contact us at hello@nexabloc.net

You’ll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your trial ends, including plan details and a cancellation link.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.

Nexabloc prioritizes security and fraud prevention. If you notice any unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately at hello@nexabloc.net.
